2. Description of Service
AEO Extension is a digital WordPress plugin provided as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subscription software product. The Service provides digital optimization tools and is delivered exclusively via electronic access; no physical goods or shipping are associated with the Service.
3. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, M M Info Care grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the AEO Extension plugin strictly for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the Service or its underlying intellectual property.
4. Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. All fees are charged in advance. Payments are non-refundable except as stated in the Refund Policy or required by applicable law. Refund eligibility is governed by the published Refund Policy and the Paddle Buyer Terms. By subscribing, you authorize our Merchant of Record to charge your payment method automatically for each renewal period.
5. Merchant of Record
Paddle.com Market Limited is our Merchant of Record. Paddle is the authorized reseller and is responsible for all billing, payment processing, tax collection, and refund management. Paddle will appear as the seller on customer bank or credit card statements. By completing a purchase, customers agree to Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Privacy Policy. In the event of a payment-related dispute, the Paddle Buyer Terms shall prevail.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to attempting to reverse engineer the plugin, bypassing security measures, or using the Service for any illegal activities. Violation of this clause may lead to immediate suspension or termination of your account.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." M M INFO CARE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF M M INFO CARE ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS SHALL BE CAPPED AT THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. M M INFO CARE SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold M M Info Care harmless from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
10. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any conduct we deem harmful to our business interests.
11. Service Modifications
M M Info Care reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via our website or email where feasible.
12. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, or government restrictions.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
