AEO Extension is a digital WordPress plugin provided as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subscription platform. Due to the digital nature of our products, access is granted immediately upon successful payment. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription options:

• Free Plan: Limited features, no payment required.
• Weekly Plan: $5 USD per week.
• Monthly Basic Plan: $9 USD per month.
• Monthly Professional Plan: $49 USD per month.

3. 14-Day Refund Window

In accordance with our commitment to customer satisfaction and the Paddle Buyer Terms, we offer a 14-day refund window for the INITIAL purchase of any subscription plan. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your original purchase. There is no requirement to provide a "valid reason" for requests made within this period.

4. Renewal Payments

All subscription renewal payments are non-refundable unless specifically required by law or as expressly permitted by the Paddle Buyer Terms. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the next billing date if you do not wish to be charged for a renewal.

5. Weekly Plans

Refund eligibility for weekly plans is subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms and applicable law.

6. Refund Processing

All refunds are processed exclusively by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refund timelines depend on Paddle's procedures and the customer's financial institution. 7. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer dashboard or via the cancellation link provided in your Paddle receipt email. Cancellation stops future billing cycles; however, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current paid period.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage users to reach out to our support team or Paddle directly to resolve any issues. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without prior communication may result in the suspension or termination of your account and access to our Service, subject to review.

9. Merchant of Record

Paddle.com Market Limited is the Merchant of Record for all sales on aeoextension.com. Paddle handles all billing, taxes, and payment-related communications. For any billing inquiries, please refer to Paddle’s terms and conditions.

10. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
